Yoga this morning with my little mister
Egg and gf pancake breakfast - yes, followed by a bite of dark chocolate :)
A handful of gf pretzel sticks for a snack at the library concert (which was AWESOME), preceded by much dancing while sitting on the floor
1 c leftover hong kong vege delight with mung bean noodles for lunch
chocolate frozen coconut dessert (1/2c) for snack
dudes, I was hungry before I could get dinner finished, so I also had some root veg chips (1/2c) with some 2% cottage cheese (1/2c)
homemade gf pizza topped with homemade eggplant sauce/fresh basil/homemade chicken sausage and yogurt cheese
Still wanting something sweet - might have some more cottage cheese with lingonberry jam, or yogurt with jam...
I am truly concentrating on adding more movement to each day. My next gastro appt is Tuesday afternoon. I'm not sure what I am hoping to hear. My stomach seems to tolerate eggs and toast best - especially when I add salsa or avocado ;) yummmmm
